* Taste preferences

* Change of mind

* Failure to refrigerate products properly

* Missed deliveries

* Incorrect orders placed by the customer

Quality Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

If you believe a product arrived spoiled, damaged, contaminated, or otherwise unsuitable for consumption, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

We May Request:

* Photographs of the product

* Batch or order information

* A description of the concern

If our review confirms a quality issue, La Juicy Jars™ may, at its sole discretion:

* Replace the product

* Provide store credit

* Accept a product return for inspection

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
